The other day was so beautiful we had to venture to the Quarter.

A thought just occurred to me. I really hope we don't give those birds diabetes from the mounds of powdered sugar.

I have a tendency to swing by and pick some up on my way to work when I go in late or on the way home. I pass by everyday! I don't stop every day but I could if I wanted to!

I just showed my husband your post and he is salivating!!! he loves beignets, but hasn't made them for me. He wants to go that cafe again! Your posts bring back some interesting (drunk) memories for him! My husband asked me to ask you if you have won any teddy bears? (I don't know what that means, but he said it smiling so it has to be something mischeivious.)
